Emailable Membership Form and E-transfer Information

A simplified, emailable membership form is attached below this text (scroll down below the payment information) that can be emailed directly to Fred and Lynn Dube (the Membership Chairpersons) by clicking the "Submit" button at the bottom of the form. Along with this emailable membership form you can pay the club dues separately by e-transfer if you wish.

Membership Dues: 

Single: $25

Family: $35

​Student: $10

When paying by e-transfer please write your name, or names if a family membership, in the message box of the e-transfer so it will be clear who paid. This e-transfer is set up for auto deposit. If you use the e-transfer method of payment don't forget to also send the emailable membership form below.
